They’re the perfect means to assist your visitors find their chairs and even double as a favor. Check out how to make these for your own wedding.

Here Is What you will need:

  • Compass
  • Personalized square tags
  • Circle template
  • Glue dots
  • Ribbon
  • Standard sized hole punch
  • 1.5″ circle paper filler (like this one)

First, make the escort cards printing out the attached circle template. If hand lettering, write your guest’s names and table numbers in the circles. Then punch out every circle using a 1.5″ circle paper punch (you may even format guest names and table numbers on sheets of labels, including Avery, and print). Next, join your escort cards into the interior of the compasses using glue dots. Use a normal size hole punch to create a small hole near the top of your personalized tags then thread one end of a piece of ribbon cut to 6 inches throughout the loop connected to the compass — pulling about halfway through. Then, take both ends of the ribbon and thread through the hole in the tag from the front to the rear and pull directly. That’s it. Place these escort cards with a indication that reads”Find your chair” and you are all set.
