To make these DIY fiesta blossoms, all you need is three bright colors of tissue paper (every blossom is made with 3 sheets), ribbon, and scissors.  First, lay 3 distinct colours of tissue paper on top of each other. In about 2 inch segments, fold the layered papers back and forth, and then cut a small triangle on each side of the centre. Then tie a piece of ribbon around the middle (from the triangle indentations). Your next step is to pull up each sheet starting with the top sheet. (Be careful not to rip the newspaper!) Once spread out, flip it and twist the base piece together. Then tie a ribbon around the bottom to secure.

To create these festive Cinco de Mayo napkins rings, all you will need is brightly colored tissue paper, toilet paper or paper towel rolls, glue, and scissors. First, cut bits of tissue paper about 3 inches wide. Fold your stack of tissue paper strips in half (length wise) and then in half an hour. You should wind up with about a 4 to 5-inch-long rectangle. Now, cut every single edge of the rectangle about every 3 inches, making sure to you leave about an inch of tissue paper at the middle. Unfold, and different the tissue paper.  Cut each toilet paper roll in half and carefully glue tissue paper fringe to the roll one at a time. Start at the base of the roster and then work your way up, covering the roll completely. Let dry and pull on napkins through.

Use 12″ green balloons, 9″ green balloons, pink pom poms, series, a hot glue gun, along with a sharpie to create these fun cactus balloons. To create the main part of this cactus, inflate one 12″ balloon with helium and tie the ground using string. Next, Blend two 9″ bows about halfway to make the”arms.” Connect the 9″ balloons, and cut off most of the end.   Now add a dab of hot glue into the base of the 9″ balloons and place them on the 12″ balloon, holding place for a few seconds to be able to allow the hot glue dry. Next, choose your sharpie and draw”spikes” onto every one of the balloons. Your final step is to add a couple pink pom poms on the”arms.” Again, use hot glue, and hold it stable on the balloon for a few seconds in order to allow the glue dry.
