October 24th is National Food Day! National Food Day was initiated in 2011 from the middle for Science in the Public Interest in hopes of getting people to start making healthier eating choices. Since that time, tens of thousands of events have happened to bring awareness about healthful and very affordable eating. Here at Beau-coup, we have it acknowledge it — we love our food. And we love our candy more. But recently, we’ve been think of manners for us to be healthier both in the workplace and in home and today’s national day is just the inspiration we needed to make some healthier choices with our ingestion habits.So after doing some researchwe came across several fantastic infographics about fixing substitutions on Buzzfeed and chose to share a few of our favorites! It is amazing how much fitter these ingredients are for us and we still don’t look any yummy flavors!
