Snowglobes can be really magical. They hold parts of nature, cities, animals, and much more that are near and dear to our own hearts, and this winter, we decided to take inspiration from snowglobes to produce our wedding card. With just a couple of simple steps and supplies, you can flip a bell jar into a snowglobe-piece that not only assists guests find their seats, but also doubles as a favor. And the best part is, you can stick whatever you like inside! Take a peek at how we styled and made ours below.
Here Is What you’ll want:
- Bell jars
- White glitter
- Glue Dots
- Mini artificial trees
- Ribbon
- Tags
- Paper
- Scissors
- Mod Podge
- Paint brush
Directions:
- Cut a circle out of your white paper making sure the circle is about the size of the bell jar rack.
- Insert a layer of Mod Podge to the newspaper ring and sprinkle with white glitter. Let it dry and then stick the glittered paper to the bell jar, then glitter side up.
- Add a glue dot to the base of each artificial tree. Then place trees on top of the glittered paper — arranging to your preference.
- Cover the artificial trees with the bell jar lid to obtain the instant look of a snowglobe.
- Now use ribbon to add a label with your guest’s name. Set on the table and you are all set!
