We love a good match of the classic board game Monopoly, and lately we have been swooning over a few Monopoly-themed parties we have come across! It just so happens that November 19th is #NationalPlayMonopolyDay, so it just seemed fitting to share a few of our favourite suggestions and inspiration to get the wonderful Monopoly-themed birthday party! Collecting enough money to buy as many properties as you can is a massive part of playing Monopoly — why not incorporate some money into the celebration? Chocolate cash that is. We love the idea of using satin sacks filled with gold coins as equally centerpieces and favors!

We can not get enough of these Monopoly inspired treats! For similar appearances, consider turning a square cake into the Monopoly board, square cookies into different game board possessions, and using a mustache shaped mold to create chocolate mustache pops.
